All residents are welcome to join VM III’s board and committee members for this monthly business meeting. In addition to the approval of last month’s meeting notes and the review of the association’s financials, the board will discuss new and ongoing topics. There is a Homeowner Forum directly after the roll call for members of our community to make statements on any topics relevant to Villa Monterey III.
